What size should i choose for my dog?
The carrier must allow sufficient freedom of movement for the dog: the latter must be able to enter and turn on itself. To understand if the dimensions of the chosen carrier can allow this, the dog's back can be taken into consideration. The length of the carrier should be at least equal to the length of the back (from the base of the tail to the head); the width of the carrier should be at least twice the width of the dog's shoulders; the height of the carrier should be at least equal to the height of the dog (from the ground to the withers) + 3 cm.
Please note: these are general indications, each dog has different needs. Make sure the size of the carrier you choose is suitable for your dog before purchasing, and check that it can move properly once your order has arrived.
Which model is suitable for my car?
Our models are designed to adapt to different trunk shapes:
Hut : suitable for trunks with sloped seats and tailgate
Shelter : suitable for trunks with sloping seats and straight tailgate
Cabin : suitable for luggage with straight seats and tailgate
Den : suitable for very deep luggage, occupying only part of the width

How to measure the interior of the car to know if the carrier fits in the trunk?
First, check if the base of the trunk is deeper than the opening edge of the tailgate (cockpit). If the support surface is more than 4 cm deep, it may be necessary to put a shim under the carrier to open the doors, or to make custom-made feet higher .
Measure the maximum possible width of the base plate. The opening light and the wheel arch are usually the tightest spots.
Then measure the depth of the trunk base. Note that the tailgate may be slightly rounded. If so, measure at the shortest point, i.e. not in the center of the car.
The maximum height must be measured from the base up to a few centimeters above the rear seats. Finally, measure the depth between the seats and the closed tailgate at the identified height.

How to transport the kennel safely in the car?
Our pet carriers are designed to be placed in the trunk. The transport that guarantees the greatest safety must take place on flat surfaces and the kennel must be fixed with straps passing through the special slots present in the upper corners of the carrier.

Our production site is located in the province of Brescia. By appointment, it is possible to go to us to take the measurements of your car in case of customized orders.
However, if the distance does not allow it, we will guide you in taking the measurements of your trunk, and once the project has been defined, we will send you the template (i.e. the shape) of your pet carrier, so that you can check that it fits perfectly in your trunk. .
